Out of all the educational courses present in the educational system in the state, management courses are prominent among the majority of the students. Management courses are more prominent due to the excessive number of industries in the state. Also, the significant involvement of business-related delegates in the betterment of the state and eventually the country have also grabbed the attention of the youth towards business studies. Now a days business skills are more advance thus the emphasis on proper business management is not enough rather practical courses are crucial for the students. Thus the online learning through distance learning education in Jharkhand is very interacting and informative and most importantly cost-effective.
The 28th state of the country is a newly formed province. Country’s large stretch of industrial belt comes under this province, thus education infrastructure has been given importance so that number of individuals are employed. Sarva Shiksha Abhiyan is the new initiative which is actively being followed for the betterment of the society. National University Education Planning and Administration (NUEPA), a central government body has been making immense efforts to encourage education among the students. The distance learning MBA course followed in most of the organizations focus on the following points:
1. Is it effortless to arrange for a flexible/feasible individual slot if needed, depending on the urgency of the circumstances?
2. Is there any particular contact support for the assignments and classes during the exam preparation?
3. Are the queries answered instantaneously or do the candidates have to remain unanswered for quite some days?
Quality of the study material, interactive tasks, videos, quizzes was considerably well established and appreciated in organizations like Indian Institute of management (IIMR), Ranchi, Indian Institute of science and management (IISM) Ranchi, Xavier’s Institute, Birla Institute of Technology (BIT, MESRA), Cambridge Institute of technology and so on. Ranchi University and the Central University of Jharkhand have also introduced distance learning management courses.
Candidate should have Bachelor’s degree/Graduation from any of the recognized universities with a valid State Level MBA/ MMS-CET/ MAT/ CMAT/ CAT/ ATMA/ XAT or equivalent management entrance test.If you don’t have any score card, some private institutions take their own entrance exams for admission.
.The courses span for a period of 2 years with a course fees structure of twenty to 40 thousand rupees annually. The fees structure usually is on the higher side for private organizations like Xavier’s Institute, Birla Institute of Technology (BIT, MESRA), and Cambridge Institute of technology and so on. It is approximately one-three lakhs annually.
.The state gives an immense number of job opportunities in companies like Sunsilk, Yes Bank, HDFC, Chevrolet, Microsoft, Pepsi Co., etc.Thus the contribution of the distance education program for providing the state with better job opportunities is immense.
