About JEE Advanced Result 2024: Know Date Time and Other Updates

Applicants who are awaiting their JEE Advanced Result 2024 will be able to check their results from the website of JEE Advanced, and the final answer key will going to be released at the same time i.e. 11 September at 10 Am.

The conducting authority IIT- Bombay will be soon declared the result of JEE (Joint Entrance Examination) Advanced 2024 on 11, September 2024 at 10 Am. Applicants who are appeared in the JEE Advanced exam can check their results as well as their scorecard from the website.

Result of JEE Advanced 2024: Date and Time

In 2024, there were 1,56,089 applicants appeared in the JEE Advanced Exam. The announcement of JEE Advanced Result and tentative seat allocation will start on 12, September 2024.

The JEE Advanced provisional Answer Key was already released on 3, September. Applicants were allowed to raise their challenges against the provisional answer key from 3 September to 4 September.

The final answer key of JEE Advanced Exam will be released on 11, September at 10 Am. Applicants will be able to check their scores by logging in to the website portal.

The exam was conducted on 28, August 2024, and around 2.5 lacs applicants registered for the exam while only 1.56 lacs applicants appeared in the exam. The JEE Advanced was held in 577 centers across 124 cities.

As per the authority, IITs have 16,598 seats and increase the total number of seats from the last year. Also, there are 1,567 supernumerary seats will be allotted for the female applicants.

Through the total number of seats has increased and it has only been a marginal increase. The total number of seats went from 16,232 in the year 2021 to 16,598 this year. There were also supernumerary seats increased from 1534 in 2021 to 1567 this year. The supernumerary seats were also offered to the women applicants as an initiative to promote gender diversity.
